How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 45-day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 45 days of the delivery date.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all TAO Clean devices include a 2-year manufacturer's warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
How often should I replace my brush heads?
For optimal hygiene and performance, we recommend replacing your facial or toothbrush heads every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles appear frayed.
Are TAO Clean devices waterproof?
Our handheld devices are water-resistant and designed for use in the shower. However, the charging bases should be kept dry and away from standing water.
