At TAO Clean, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare tools; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 45 days for a full refund. Please ensure all devices are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email address; simply print it out and attach it securely to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the TAO Clean device and all components back into the original box, seal it tightly, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
